The QTIS Open Handicap over 1194m in Gladstone today has attracted a very interested field. There doesn’t appear to be much speed in the race, where Best Guess (pictured), ridden by Shannyn Barlow should find the lead comfortably from the outside gate and be hard to beat.

Monday Ad, ridden by Rebecca Wilson, should get a nice run just behind the leader and looks a great chance to bring up win number 18 in her 100^th race. What a beauty she has been for connections, after being purchased for $6,000, Money Ad has amassed more than $218,000. Drumbeats is another interesting runner and brings class to the race which is reflected with the 63kg he has to carry. The 8-year-old gelding has a big gear change with bar plates (front) coming off and with Trinity Bannon in the saddle, Drumbeats will be poised to pounce in the straight. Great race!
